Your search. Your pace.Fewer, better applications.

You set the direction.
Job Tracker keeps it moving.

Choose where to look, what makes a good match, and how you want to apply. Once set up, Job Tracker follows that plan on a schedule and keeps track of what happens next.

  1. 01

    Looks where you ask.

At the times you choose, Job Tracker checks the job boards and company careers pages you selected during setup. You don’t need to start a new search each day.

  2. 02

    Finds the roles that fit.

Each role is checked against your setup filters, including role type, location, salary, and deal-breakers. Job Tracker verifies the employer’s posting and skips roles you’re already pursuing.

  3. 03

Fills the forms. You set the rules.

For matching roles, Job Tracker fills out application forms using your CV and saved answers. Choose to review each application before it’s sent, or enable automatic submission during setup. Anything it can’t complete comes back to you.

  4. 04

    Follows what happens next.

Job Tracker logs each role from match to application, interview, and outcome. With your inbox and calendar connected, it checks for replies and interview updates on each run, updates your tracker, and flags what needs your attention.

“Remote.”
Until you read
the fine print.

You know the one. A promising role, followed by a catch three paragraphs down. Job Tracker checks the employer’s own posting before a role reaches your shortlist.

And if something doesn’t add up, it asks you.

A closer look↙
THE JOB BOARD SAYS

Remote · $140–180k

THE EMPLOYER ACTUALLY SAYS
“Hybrid, 3 days in our Austin office. $125–150k.”
↳
Off the list. Here’s why.

You asked for remote. This one isn’t.

Your search is personal.
Know where your data goes.

Job Tracker is open source. Anyone can read the code to see how it stores information, connects to services, and handles applications. Review it yourself, or ask someone you trust to take a look.

Your next step.
A little easier.

✳   A moment with Job TrackerExample

Find marketing roles that fit my experience. Remote is a must.

✳   Job Tracker

I found three roles worth a closer look. Halyard’s Marketing Manager role matches your experience and salary range.

One less thing to check.

I checked the employer’s posting: it’s fully remote in Europe. Two other listings said “remote” but required office days, so I left those out.
